What do you like best about dataimporter?

I really appreciate Data Importer because it has a user-friendly interface compared to other competitors, which made it easy for me to use and integrate with Salesforce. The ability to Rollback imports, schedule imports, clone jobs, and even test data imports has saved me a lot of time in my workflow. The support that comes with Data Importer has been top-notch, especially with Sam, who is willing to listen to me and help me troubleshoot any issues with his diverse Salesforce experience. As a result, I've seen a solid and versatile system integrated into my work, a 50% time-saving, and improved data quality. What do you dislike about dataimporter?

It would be great if Data Importer had a native app within the Salesforce environment, as it would save a step in the process. Nevertheless, Data Importer is a fantastic product overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is dataimporter solving and how is that benefiting you?

Dataimporter solved a few headaches for us. Before we started using it, we had trouble with importing patient lead lists and enrolled confirmations from our health plan partners and networks into Salesforce. It was a manual process that was prone to errors and took up a lot of time. But with Dataimporter, we can now import this information and automate the process, making our jobs a whole lot easier. The integration with Salesforce and the ability to schedule imports has been a lifesaver for us. And if we ever make a mistake, the ability to Rollback imports is just the cherry on top!
