What do you like best about DataGroomr?

I really like how simple the UI is and how easy it is to navigate. The interface is intuitive, and the matching rules save us a tremendous amount of time by catching duplicates that Salesforce’s native duplicate rules miss. This is an app our organization relies on daily and it has become vital to our Salesforce operations. Their customer support is always incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we have questions. What do you dislike about DataGroomr?

The only downside is keeping an eye on duplicate records to stay within the record limit, otherwise an upgrade to the next subscription tier may be required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
