The main reason we chose Datagrail is its ease of use and the automation of DSAR. While we are still in the process of implementation, the DataGrail platform seems to be user friendly and easy to navigate. Throughout the implementation process, the Sr. Engagement Manager, Katie A., from Datagrail has been very helpful and resourceful in helping us find ways to integrate apps that fit within our environment. We are still in the implementation stage, but I think companies would benefit from having the ability to configure system reports in bulk, as this could help expedite the set up process when you have large volume of apps to configure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
