"Great customer service and easy to use interface!"

What do you like best about DataGrail?

DataGrail is great! They have great customer service with people that care about company's data policies and compliance. Their interface is easy to use and takes the daunting taste of integration and makes it much more palatable. We chose them because they are local, and we wanted the care of a dynamic team, which is exactly what we got! Overall, we have been pleased with our work with DataGrail thus far. What do you dislike about DataGrail?

The only dislike I could think of is that DataGrail is a newer company, meaning they do not have a large web of companies that are already integrated (data collection wise). I think this just comes with time, and we look forward to their continued integration of major data collection players. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DataGrail solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using them to comply with the compliance and to manage our data privacy (CCPA and GDPR) generally. DataGrail is assisting in mapping our data and providing a central place for data requests and responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
