DataGrail is great! They have great customer service with people that care about company's data policies and compliance. Their interface is easy to use and takes the daunting taste of integration and makes it much more palatable. We chose them because they are local, and we wanted the care of a dynamic team, which is exactly what we got! Overall, we have been pleased with our work with DataGrail thus far. The only dislike I could think of is that DataGrail is a newer company, meaning they do not have a large web of companies that are already integrated (data collection wise).
