What do you like best about DataGrail?

I love that it is so user friendly, everything is done automatically and if anything is needed from me, I get the email alerts to remind me. Justine and the support team are also very helpful and responsive if I ever have any questions! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DataGrail?

There has been an issue with some tickets stuck at retrieving, but that's due to a permissions issue with someone on our side. Thought it would be an easy fix but it is taking quite some time to resolve Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering DataGrail:

What problems is DataGrail solving and how is that benefiting you?

What used to take hours-days to log and process requests now just takes a few clicks. I have so much more time to tackle my other tasks! My team has also voiced how much simpler it is to submit requests on behalf of the customer, which makes their days easier too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
