The customer service from DataGrail has been exceptional. From the start of the project we received "white glove" treatment from an organization that really understood our problem. The deployment of the privacy platform was very easy and has provided our organization the ability to respond to data subject requests in a compliant manor while reducing the number of resources and manual processes that was previously needed.
