What do you like best about DataGrail?

The customer service from DataGrail has been exceptional. From the start of the project we received "white glove" treatment from an organization that really understood our problem. The deployment of the privacy platform was very easy and has provided our organization the ability to respond to data subject requests in a compliant manor while reducing the number of resources and manual processes that was previously needed. What do you dislike about DataGrail?

There is some administration functionality missing from the dashboard however I believed it is in the product roadmap and will be addressed in an upcoming release. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DataGrail solving and how is that benefiting you?

Compliance with GDPR and CCPA. We believe DataGrail also provides us the ability to stay on top of the ever-changing data privacy landscape. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
