In addition to the platform being incredibly easy to use, I'm most impressed that it fully integrated into our different systems, allowing for extremely quick processing of DSARs. It really does the work for you. Additionally, the crew at DataGrail are always available for assistance and truly go above and beyond in helping make sure our experience with their product exceeds expectations. There currently isn't a way to assign DSARs to individual users, often making it so we only have one individual using the platform at a time (to prevent overlap). Additionally, improved search functionality would be helpful - just in the event we need to review previously processed inquiries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is DataGrail solving and how is that benefiting you? Since it is fully integrated into our different systems, we are able to provide the most accurate Access Request files in a way that keeps the information secure. We've realized that DataGrail has significantly reduced the processing time for each DSAR. Using the system, we are able to process a request within 30min-1 hour, with truly only 2 minutes of actual human interaction. Meaning we can process around 30 requests per hour with most of the heavy lifting being done through automated means. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
