The Consent Management section is excellent. It gives us much better control over cookies, tracking services, and compliance across multiple policies and regulations. As consent requirements continue to expand, DataGrail helps us stay ahead of the curve. The Vera AI Rule Suggestions feature for unassigned cookies is also a huge time-saver. On top of that, the banner UI includes complete CSS documentation, making it easier to customize, keep consistent, and maintain over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only suggestion I have is to improve the graphical display for the consent banner metrics. That said, they do provide very detailed TSV files for download, so you can analyze the data in Excel easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
