I love the simplified, user interface of Databook. It's GPT-like where I can just ask a question or give an order to the system, and it generates what needs to be done. It feels like having a personal assistant for getting information about my customers, which is what I like the most. Additionally, the initial setup was great. With a corporate account, I just had to type in my email, and there was literally no setup needed, making it seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The account planning section where I can generate slides is too complex. It should be simplified because it's not usable at this time. Also, Databook lacks the integration of personalized information, like what LinkedIn provides through their posts, capturing emotions of the personalized people.
