"Quick, Successful Migration with Proactive Mapping Support"

5/5

What do you like best about Data Migration Services - Relokia?

When I ran into issues with mappings, they jumped in and fixed all the issues, and the migration went through successfully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Data Migration Services - Relokia?

Not really a downside, but the time difference just made it feel longer than it was. All in all, the whole process took about 2 weeks which was much faster than Datto would have been able to do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Data Migration Services - Relokia:

Do it!! It was worth every penny. We didn't need to do anything manually - everything we needed was moved over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Data Migration Services - Relokia solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use KaseyaOne Datto AutoTask and they weren't really able to help us migrate 1 PSM database into another MSP database. All they would offer is an overpriced support session to give us instructions. I found Data Migration Services - Relokia and it was very simple. I started the processes and when I ran into issues, the Team jumped into action to resolve and walk me through any issues that came up. The migration moved all items and more from one tenant to the other and we are up and running. Great price and response from the support and development teams.
