What do you like best about Data Facts?
The support team is rapid to help. The response time for the background screenings is faster than the previous company we contracted with for the agency. DataFacts complete a lot of our monthly checks, which is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Data Facts?
Covid has slowed the progress of getting county checks back from Data Facts. I understand this is out of their hands. I do wish updates were sent to us on setbacks with background screenings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
