The support chat. They are very quick to respond and are attentive to your needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Data Facts?
Sometimes the background check ETA doesn't match when the file will actually come back and sometimes the checks take too long but I don't think that's necessarily a Data Facts problem. I think that's universal. The only thing I really don't like about Data Facts is how the interface reads on the MVR reports. It's a little clunky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
