What do you like best about Data Archive Manager?

The Arcmail Defender allows our organization to easily search and restore emails based on our internal retention policies. We can provide access to our staff members to search for their missing or accidentally deleted emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Data Archive Manager?

Our only limitation is the appliance storage itself. It was originally sized properly for our organization and our retention policies, but the amount of storage has continued to grow and has needed continued attention to compress and index our database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Data Archive Manager:

The Arcmail support team will assist with setup and transition. The ease of setup by the Arcmail support team is fantastic. One of our greatest concerns was configuring it properly to work in our environment. Our system is setup to work with MS Exchange and it works seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Data Archive Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?
