We like Dash0’s OpenTelemetry-first approach: we instrument once using open standards, avoid proprietary agents and lock-in, and can use it across our different environments. It brings logs, metrics, and traces together in one consistent view, which makes troubleshooting quicker and helps teams own the health of their services. The UI is fast and uncluttered, and it takes very little time to get from a problem to the relevant traces and logs. Connecting Dash0 to our container platforms, GitLab, and CI/CD pipelines was straightforward, and we could easily connect deployments with their impact on service health. The switch and setup were smooth, thanks in large part to hands-on support from the Dash0 team. They answered questions quickly and helped us connect our environments with little friction. The product and the people behind it are absolutely worth recommending. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I notice Dash0 is still a young product, and some features are not fully mature yet. The core works well, but some advanced workflows still feel like they’re catching up with established players. Cost predictability is also a challenge as data volumes grow; it’s not always easy to forecast the bill. I’d like to see forecasts based on current ingest trends, budget alerts before limits are reached, and cost breakdowns by team or service. The team ships improvements quickly, and Dash0 gives me tools to adjust and control what gets ingested, so I can act when costs start to rise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
