What do you like best about Dash0?

What I like most are the people behind Dash0: Micha, Thore, and Sven support us massively as an organization, no matter the concerns. Thanks to them, we were able to make rapid progress. I also really like native OTel because it is a standard and fits our company philosophy: no commitment, but the freedom to switch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dash0?

The permission system could be more precise for me. I have to be an Org Admin for Signal Control. I would like Least Privilege at the dataset level: the organization should manage basic settings, while a dataset should cover all permissions for that dataset. What problems is Dash0 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Dash0 has become our platform. All signals finally come together there, and it simply helps us massively reduce our MTTR. Other functions like billing, permissions, tokens, etc., are just simple - simple. It is transparent and flexible. No contract terms. Additionally, we massively benefit from the technical expertise embedded in the colleagues at Dash0 through expert calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
