What I like best about Darwinbox is its user-friendly and intuitive interface. It brings multiple HR processes—such as attendance, leave management, employee information, performance management, and payroll-related activities—into one platform, making it convenient for both employees and HR teams. What do you dislike about Darwinbox?

One area that could be improved is the occasional complexity in navigating certain features. Some options can take a few extra steps to find, especially when managing multiple HR processes. The mobile experience could also be made more consistent and responsive across different functions.
