What do you like best about Dapt Job Costing Solution?

It is easy to use, and saves alot of time. Their support team. When something breaks, they open a ticket fast, actually dig into the root cause instead of just closing tickets, and follow through until it's fixed — same-day, in our recent case with a Certified Payroll PDF issue. What problems is Dapt Job Costing Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?

Dapt handles our certified payroll reporting and job costing across multiple company codes, which keeps us compliant on government/prevailing-wage jobs without building that tracking ourselves. It also manages pay period changes and payroll exports cleanly across our different codes. The benefit is time — our accounting team isn't manually assembling certified payroll reports each week, and when something breaks (like the recent PDF bug), support resolves it fast enough that it doesn't hold up our reporting deadlines.
