What do you like best about Dapt Job Costing Solution?

DAPT has significantly streamlined our job costing and certified payroll processes through its seamless integration with ADP. Labor costs are automatically allocated to the appropriate jobs, phases, and cost codes, eliminating hours of manual work and improving accuracy. The certified payroll functionality has transformed what used to be a time-consuming weekly task into a simple, reliable process.

What really sets DAPT apart, though, is their customer support. Their team is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping customers succeed. Whenever we've had questions or needed assistance, they've responded quickly and resolved issues efficiently. That level of support has made a tremendous difference in our experience. What do you dislike about Dapt Job Costing Solution?

The only area I would like to see improved is the implementation process. As with most software implementations, there was a learning curve and a few configuration challenges that took longer than expected to work through. That said, the DAPT team was very responsive throughout the process and stayed committed until everything was configured correctly.

Since implementation, the platform has been reliable, and we've had very few issues. Any questions or concerns we've had have been addressed quickly by their excellent support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dapt Job Costing Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before DAPT, we were preparing certified payroll reports manually each week, which was time-consuming and increased the risk of errors. DAPT has automated that process, allowing us to generate accurate certified payroll reports in just a few clicks. It has saved our team a significant amount of time while giving us greater confidence in our compliance reporting.

DAPT has also solved a major challenge with job costing by automatically allocating payroll costs from ADP to the appropriate jobs, phases, and cost codes before posting to our general ledger. That has improved the accuracy of our financial reporting, reduced manual data entry, and given us more reliable job cost information to manage project profitability.
