What do you like best about DAISY?

It's super user-friendly and very simple to learn. I came from 8 years of Eaglesoft and picked this up in a snap. They also offer great tech support for their software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DAISY?

Daisy's periodontal charting feature can be a bit confusing. I also dislike that Astra Practice Partners have such a tight hold on Daisy, that they don't allow Daisy to fully integrate with outside reminder software such as Weave or SolutionReach. There are work arounds, but it never fully integrates, creating issues with being able to use all the features offered by the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DAISY solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a front office administrator, one of the most frustrating things is when a staff member fails to let me know that a procedure was done or not done. People are human and can forget. When they do remember to tell me, I'm always thankful for Daisy's "Transactions" queue. When you check out a patient, the transaction is held in a queue, and the claim isn't created until transactions are posted from the queue at the end of each day. No more having to cancel a claim to correct it. You're able to modify it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
