What do you like best about D2D Express?

I recently used D2D Express for a delivery, and overall, it was a really good experience.The delivery was fast, and my package arrived safely without any damage. The staff was polite and professional, and I could easily track my parcel through their system. Everything felt smooth and organized Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about D2D Express?

Sometimes the tracking updates took a little longer to refresh, and their customer support could be quicker when it’s busy. Also, they don’t yet cover some smaller or remote areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is D2D Express solving and how is that benefiting you?

D2D Express makes sending and receiving packages a lot easier. Earlier, I often faced delays and had no proper updates about my parcels. Now, with D2D Express, I can track everything in real time, and deliveries reach my doorstep on time. It saves me a lot of stress and waiting.
