I like the innovation and how easy it is to use D-ID. The platform is very easy to navigate, and its response time is quite impressive, allowing real-time interaction. I really enjoy the avatars and find it simple to build and deploy them, which makes the experience better for me and the end users who interact with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the support aspect of D-ID could be improved. I find there's friction with getting support, as it takes longer than expected when a feature isn't working right or when I want to interact with someone. It often ends up through email, which can be inconvenient, so a smoother way of connecting to human support within the platform would be helpful. Also, the browser support isn't the best for me since I prefer using Firefox, but it doesn't always work smoothly; it performs better with Chrome. Improving cross-browser support would make for a better experience regardless of the browser someone chooses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
