What do you like best about D-ID?

What really stands out about D-ID is the smooth way in which we can scale our videos. Connecting to what we already have in place, whether via Canva or the API, is hassle-free. The pricing truly does make total sense for our operation and saves us a ton in video production and localisation costs. What do you dislike about D-ID?

To be honest, the main things I dislike are some of the UX choices and a few AI quirks. The user experience could definitely be smoother, given how awkward the platform seems to navigate for quick work. Even with such powerful AI capabilities, the avatars do fall into that uncanny valley, with their movements and lip syncing seeming just a little too robotic. What problems is D-ID solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to using D-ID, scaling video content was a huge headache. Filming new videos or updating old ones took considerable time and money, especially when trying to get content in several languages. D-ID has done much to fix this and make video creation as simple as editing text.
