I like how I can find most senior contacts, links to LinkedIn, webpages, and DUNS Numbers using D&B Hoovers. The initial setup was very easy for me, and I managed to start using it immediately with no training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find the full text searching could be better. If I enter a company name with the wrong letter or symbol, the search is unsuccessful. It would be helpful if it could suggest companies with similar names. Also, the integration with Salesforce could be improved. Currently, I have to input the company name again when switching from Salesforce to D&B Hoovers, which could be streamlined by allowing me to just type the name in one tool.
