What do you like best about D&B Hoovers?

I used D&B Hoovers to register the startup I work for, CargoX, globally and get a D-U-N-S number. The process itself was quick, which I didn't fully expect given how registrations like this can sometimes drag on. Customer service was responsive and genuinely helpful whenever I had questions along the way, which made the whole experience smoother than I anticipated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about D&B Hoovers?

The one thing I'd flag is the pricing — it felt a bit high, especially for a startup where every cost gets scrutinized closely. It's not enough to outweigh the value we got from the quick registration process and solid support, but it's worth knowing going in that it's not the cheapest option out there. What problems is D&B Hoovers solving and how is that benefiting you?

D&B Hoovers solved a specific problem for us with Google Play and the App Store — both require a verified D-U-N-S number to register as a business developer account before you can publish an app. Getting that number quickly through D&B Hoovers meant we didn't get stuck waiting or blocked from launching our mobile app on either platform.
