What do you like best about Cytix?

The platform delivers clear, actionable insights that are actually useful—not just a list of CVEs. It automatically prioritises issues based on context, which saves a huge amount of time when triaging and deciding where to focus. It also integrates well into the development workflow, so engineers get the information they need in a timely manner. It strikes a great balance between automation and control. Implementation was straightforward as was the ability to plug in 3rd party integrations. Customer support has been fantastic both during and post rollout, the team there are experts in their field. What do you dislike about Cytix?

What problems is Cytix solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cytix is helping us tackle the long-standing challenge of visibility and prioritisation in application security. Before, vulnerability management often felt reactive and time-consuming—issues were flagged, but rarely in context, and sorting through them slowed everyone down. With Cytix, we have a much clearer picture of which vulnerabilities actually matter, and the automated triage helps us focus on high-impact fixes. It’s also reduced the friction between operations and development by giving both sides the right information, in the right place, at the right time.
