"Cypris Platform: Productivity Boost for Cross-Team Communication"

What do you like best about Cypris Platform?

Lately, I’ve been utilizing the agents in their agent library the most on the Cypris Platform, which has been a great productivity enhancer for me and my team. As a software engineer working within the medicine and drug industry, I constantly have to communicate with the research team and understand what can be mentioned, what cannot, what the latest update is on a certain product so that it’s presented the right way. Cross communication with research is my main avenue of communication at the company. The agents —- and the custom agent builder — basically cut out that communication step and checks both our database of information + that of cypris. What do you dislike about Cypris Platform?

Setup was a bit tedious, not for me but for the research team who uses it most of the time. I have enough experience with software that setup and technical problems don’t arrive to me as problems; however, for people not so experienced as me, it can be tedious. But perhaps this was just the experience of the team. Aside from that I can’t think of many complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cypris Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves a step I often had to have in my workflow, which was cross-team review with the research team. As a part of my position I constantly need the research information so that I’m up to date on the status of different products in development. It’s crucial that I know these for the purposes of my role, and it allotted a lot of time to time consuming meetings and chats, slowing down the flow of my work. Now, Cyprus mostly cuts out the middleman and leaves company wide files and agents that anybody can chat with and understand the complex research material. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
