What do you like best about Cyfe?

I like using its robust reporting features in which I can customize reports based on customer requirements & their metrics. Its capabilities for visualizing our leads are superb & it's easy to understand them at a glance. It also allows us to look into our sales in real time and offers visibility of our marketing campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cyfe?

Dislike is none when it comes to data visualization offerings of Cyfe. It generates clean reports & we can easily recreate widgets with few clicks. Although we can't customize its pre-built widgets, we can create custom widgets from scratch, which is excellent for my use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cyfe solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cyfe dramatically reduces the time required to build our sales & forecasting dashboards when compared to other data visualization platforms. We can share these dashboards with our customers & by defining its data points, we can conveniently direct on what needs to be focused on to improve sales. For repeated campaigns, I use its duplicate dashboard feature to replicate its data & attributes across external clients. We can also schedule daily/weekly reports to overview our marketing campaigns and to ensure that it's progressing as per our expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
