What do you like best about CYF Quality?

CYF Quality is a great management tool for monitoring that is part of my daily routine. It has good parameters for auditing. Easy to understand. The interface could improve a bit in terms of colors and menu allocation, but the software is lightweight and practical, which is very good when used frequently. I really like the tool, it's very useful for my company and my activities. What do you dislike about CYF Quality?

I would like improvements in the system interface, colors, menus, how they are displayed, without changing the practical essence of the tool, but visually making it more modern. I believe there are several opportunities for improvement. Additionally, it would be very important to notify about maintenance when it occurs, as the system frequently crashes, at least in my institution. The dashboards could also improve visually. What problems is CYF Quality solving and how is that benefiting you?

Wow! CYF Quality is one of the largest monitoring tools in Brazil, I believe. Its practicality and service delivery contribute to making my work more efficient. The reports have an important purpose. Additionally, when creating forms, I can do it without complications, and everything becomes practical, interactive, and functional. It's also possible to talk about the evaluations on the agent's screen, where they can also view their scores and sign the monitoring, all with great ease.
