Cybex Retail BI Module's affordable price point, rich set of features, and robust performance have facilitated the adoption of high-end analytical methods by mid-tier stores. What problems is Cybex solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cybex's quick reaction time is one of its strongest points, whether you're having trouble with support or are looking for a software answer to a difficult business problem. You get a seasoned pro who understands what they're doing as opposed to continually tapping buttons or chatting to someone in another nation. I can't emphasize how helpful this is enough. Additionally, we like the ability to create customized reports. As it is, the system is reporting-happy, allowing you to study a wide variety of data from a variety of sources; but, if you have a special request, they can accommodate it by creating a new feature. Fantastic additionally is the stock's integration. The software instructs us on what to restock with and from whom to purchase. We've become skilled stock takers without even trying thanks to Cybex.
