I like the interface of CyberSentriq, especially for incoming emails. It's good and makes it really easy to identify mails that have been blocked and maybe need to be released. I haven't compared it to other products, but I just like the ease of use, being able to whitelist emails and domains, and be able to find a history in the logs. CyberSentriq does a very good job at identifying emails, and I think the algorithm is superior. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Well, as far as the SpamTitan tool, we've had some issues on the outbound side where we had to put tickets in. Where things have been blocked. Certain IPs, I think, have been blacklisted.
