We have been working with CyberMaxx from last 1.5 years for securing our company network and endpoints. What I like the most about them is their round the clock 24/7 SOC (Security Operations Center) team. Previously I had only a small IT team and we used to get flooded with alerts from SentinelOne and it was becoming very exhausting for us to analyze everything. Especially during weekends we used to dread something popping up in our tickets.

But now CyberMaxx guys monitor everything day and night. They don’t forward automated system emails like many other security tools do. Their real security analysts evaluate the suspicious activities first and then communicate to us the precise steps to take in order to remediate it. Their CyberSight portal is very clean user interface which is easy to analyze our security health. Also their onboarding for Microsoft 365 and endpoint had very seamless integration and took very less time. They feel like an extension of our own IT team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Only drawback of them is pricing which is a little high on the side for mid sized companies. But since security is crucial we just have to manage with that. Technically the only issue is their dashboard custom reporting. If you want to create any custom reports for your internal compliance audits you cannot self-serve easily in the client portal. You always have to create a support ticket and request their engineers to run those custom compliance reports for you. Their support team is really quick to help and can get this done for you in few minutes but if there is a self-serve custom report builder right in the portal that will be awesome and will save a lot of time.
