"CyberLife helps keep everything in one place"

What do you like best about CyberLife?

CyberLife allows us to view policy information on our customers for their life insurance policies. This includes underwriting, billing/financial activity, face amounts, customer info, etc. CyberLife has a menu on the left hand side for fairly easy navigation. The look of CyberLife is pretty appealing and easy to read as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CyberLife?

What I dislike about CyberLife is that sometimes information is not fed to CyberLife from other systems and so it does not necessarily reflect the most up-to-date and accurate information. Aslo, CyberLife will sometimes crash or log out which can be frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering CyberLife:

CyberLife is pretty user-friendly. The majority of learning the system is navigation and once that is learned, it's pretty easy to use. I am not familiar with other systems used by other companies, but for other policies we may use different systems which are not as user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CyberLife solving and how is that benefiting you?

For our company, Cicero houses CyberLife. This makes everything accessible in one place for business use so we can better assist our clients. CyberLife is pretty easy to navigate through and shows information in a way that is easy to read in order to best assist our clients.
