I find that CyberHoot offers enough customization options to tailor training at both the user and client level. This makes it possible to create effective solutions for clients across many industries, where users may face very different types of cyber threats.

Some of the videos and topics add a bit of levity (that clown one definitely got put on blast), but nothing feels over the top. The humor adds enough entertainment value to make the content memorable. If my fellow IT nerds are still joking about it afterward, there's a good chance both they and the customers retained the information being conveyed.

The UI took a little getting used to when we switched to the Autopilot version, but I ultimately prefer the new layout. It feels more streamlined and intuitive to navigate. Website performance is also excellent. I've used plenty of platforms that try to cram in unnecessary transitions and graphical effects that slow things down or force you to wait while content slowly animates across the screen like a 1990s PowerPoint presentation.

I've had nothing but positive interactions with their support staff. They consistently seem ready and willing to go the extra mile to help. As a recent example, they assisted me with a Microsoft compatibility issue by converting their OpenAPI 3.0 specification into a Swagger 2.0 version that worked for creating a Power Automate custom connector.

I can't say much about the chatbot other than it gives me some Darkwing Duck vibes, and honestly, I'm here for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
