What do you like best about Cybereason Managed Detection and Response?

Cybereason MDR is one of the best MDRs available on the market, and at this price, it is the best one.

Cybereason has advanced capabilities compared to old traditional antivirus software. It does not rely on the antivirus database that detects known malware, but also includes a heuristic approach with artificial intelligence capability.

The dashboard is designed well and known as the EPP overview, where you can see what's happening in your organization. The malware was detected and resolved one with the trends and graphics data.

It has the capability to take action without human interaction. We can define our policies for that and decide for what type of malware, what action needs to be performed.

They have a global SOC support team that is available 24x7 for any query. If you are not able to identify the root cause, then the team will help you to find it and fix it as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cybereason Managed Detection and Response?

The false positive should be reduced. They need to update their technology to reduce it.

What problems is Cybereason Managed Detection and Response solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cybereason MDR is our defense to protect our end-user devices and servers from any type of malware and virus-based cybersecurity attack. It is installed on every end-user device and takes action to protect and detect cyber threats.

It has a lot of capabilities to detect almost all types of malware-based attacks. Using the latest technologies with heuristic and AI-based approaches, it is helping our organization from security-based attacks. It has a lot of policies, such as malware protection, fileless protection, exploit protection, behavioural protection, anti-ransomware protection, app control, and a lot more. In these policies, we can defile, if we want to, only detect, or protect, or disinfect, or prevent the systems from this attack.

Apart from these features, we have the option to block any IP, domain, or hash function. This feature helps us to decide if we do not want our users to install certain software.
