"First time pass on ISO27001:2022 - what's not to like!"

What do you like best about cybercontrols.io?

- Friendly - honestly, this isn't to be underrated, they were so easy to talk to, and didn't hide behind the esoteric language that can sometimes appear in ISO

- Knowledgeable - their knowledge base was superb in helping us navigate

- Thorough - they didn't pull any punches in highlighting the gaps, they were honest (yet kind), and it helped us identify the areas we really need to focus in on Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about cybercontrols.io?

- Nothing really - the interaction with them was superb, and I found myself enjoying the calls we had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is cybercontrols.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

We engaged Cybercontrols in our lead up to ISO27001 stage 2 audit. We knew our systems weren't ideal, and we had only been putting together ISO evidence for 4 months.

Cybercontrols came in and worked through our first major internal audit of the whole system, and it was rigourously reviewed. Not a small number of findings! But, they worked hand in hand with us to coach us on the findings, and helped us understand the control in-depth, and worked with us to help us understand what good practice and good evidence looked like for this. That internal audit, with ~18 findings helped steer our final stages of ISO preparation.

Our final stage 2 audit was a first time pass with zero findings, and only one OFA, against the latest standard (ISO27001:2022). We couldn't be happier! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
