"Helping Us Scale Our Security Capabilities"

5/5

What do you like best about CybaOps?

CybaOps has helped WestSpring IT streamline and standardise security operations for our clients by bringing vulnerability management, threat monitoring, remediation activities, and other key security capabilities into a single platform. As a result, we’ve reduced our reliance on multiple tools and our team can work more efficiently.

The platform gives us a clear view of security activity across customer environments and makes it easier to prioritise what needs attention. The user interface is intuitive, performance has been consistently strong, and the built-in intelligence/AI helps cut through the noise so we can focus on genuine risks. The inclusion of services such as Cyber Essentials and penetration testing also supports a more complete security offering for our clients. Onboarding was straightforward, the support from the Cybaverse team has been second to none, and we’ve seen strong value through improved efficiency and visibility.

Overall, CybaOps has been a valuable addition to our security stack. We would confidently recommend it to any organisation looking to simplify and strengthen its security operations, whether managing its own environment or delivering services to clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CybaOps?

There’s a gap when it comes to having a single pane of visibility across all clients—for example, being able to quickly see which clients are impacted by a specific CVE. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CybaOps solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before CybaOps, we didn't have an established MDR or ITDR capability and were limited in our ability to proactively monitor and manage security risks across our client base.

CybaOps has given us a central platform for vulnerability management alongside access to a dedicated SOC team through its MDR and ITDR services. This gives us confidence that our clients' environments are being actively monitored and that potential threats are being identified and responded to quickly.

As a result, we've been able to strengthen our security offering without having to build and operate a SOC internally. It allows our team to focus on what we're good at - delivering IT services, strategic advice, and hands-on support to our clients - while knowing that security monitoring and threat response are being handled by specialists. Hi George,

Thank you for your review of CybaOps. We're so glad that we've been able to help Westspring with streamlining security operations and expanding MDR and ITDR services.

Constructive feedback is always great for us to pass onto our product team. We are looking at bringing a feature into the portal in the future that will help consolidate this information across the client base.

Thank you for being such a valued partner of CybaVerse!
