What do you like best about CybaOps?

What I like best about CybaOps is how intuitive the dashboard is. The UI is clean, easy to navigate, and generally makes the platform straightforward to use.

The pricing is competitive, and the onboarding and support experience has been very good and straightforward.

The integrations are clearly still a work in progress, which is understandable at this stage. One area I would really like to see improved is the AI intelligence. At the moment, running reports or searching through the Investigate section can feel quite manual. Turning this into more of a chatbot-style experience, where you can simply ask questions about the environment, incidents, risks or activity and get an intelligent response, would be a fantastic addition and could make the platform much more powerful. What do you dislike about CybaOps?

One area I would like to see improved is the ability to move from detection to remediation within a single pane of glass.

It would be great if CybaOps not only identified threats, vulnerabilities and suspicious activity, but also allowed you to take immediate action from the same platform for example, quarantining a device, isolating an endpoint, applying a fix or vulnerability , or triggering a remediation workflow.

That would make the platform feel much more complete and turn it from a monitoring and detection tool into a true security operations platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CybaOps solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the key problems CybaOps is helping us solve is how to manage and control the ingestion of firewall and security logs from superyacht environments.

Bandwidth can be limited or expensive offshore, so being able to reduce unnecessary log ingestion while still retaining the important security data is extremely valuable. It helps us maintain visibility over the environment without creating excessive bandwidth usage or unnecessary data overhead.

For us, this makes the platform much more practical for superyacht and remote environments where connectivity is not always consistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
