What do you like best about CX Genie?
What I liked most about CX Genie is its ease of use; in minutes I can create a functional chatbot, customize its responses, and connect it with different channels like WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about CX Genie?
It seems like a very comprehensive application, however, I would like to have more support from the team to be able to configure the tool. Although there is documentation on the matter, there are things that I don't understand very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
