What do you like best about CWS Platform?

The support model is differentiated — the project team actually understands B2B complexity and stays close throughout implementation. Onboarding is quick and the platform is easy to use day to day. On the integration side there's a lot you can do: webhooks and APIs make it practical to connect CWS to ERP and other applications without forcing you to replatform. What problems is CWS Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

The CWS platform is enabling us to digitalize and centralize our B2B and B2C sales channels in a single environment, integrated with our ERP. This reduces manual order processing, gives customers self-service purchasing autonomy, and keeps prices, commercial conditions, and credit limits always synchronized with the backend. The main benefit is operational efficiency and scalability — we can serve different commercial hierarchies without a proportional increase in the team's manual effort.
