What do you like best about CWS Platform?

The platform is very flexible and extremely easy to set up and run, so we were able to have our private marketplace functioning in days. CWS´s team was great during the onboarding process and periodically help us review our metrics and look for improvement opportunities. They are constantly adding new features and adopting AI tools, so the platform is always up to date with all latest trends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CWS Platform?

I feel like the integration with our systems could be improved. There are APIs available and we will use them as the project matures, but at an early stage it would be much esier to have native integrations with our ERP system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CWS Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

In the automotive aftermarket, the number of SKUs grow exponentially with every new vehicle model. Faced with space and cash constraints, most distributors focus only on fast moving items. As a component manufacturer, we always had difficulties making our portfolio long tail available to end consumers.
