An excellent AI tool that automatically generates a relevant Boolean search string from a job description, runs the search, and matches candidates based on a scoring system. It saves hours of manual sourcing—no more sifting through hundreds of profiles on CVLibrary.

As a niche recruiter, I especially value the ability to generate insightful search reports. These are great for sharing with clients, helping them understand the current talent landscape and where flexibility in their requirements might be needed to secure the right candidates.
