During the early days of Covid lockdowns I used Mobile Monkey to help my friends in the Food and Hospitality industry grow their mailing lists and build connections with their clients. Their offer of "Free for Life" is legit. They make their money from their premium services like outbound SMS texting, FB ad creation and other OUTBOUND communications. If you want to use it just for website chat and FB chat knock yourself out. It compares favourably with other Chat tools I've used that are $50-$100 a month per user. I understand that for a $15 product but by the time I'm paying $300 a month for a full agency suite I expect real time support. They are pretty quick by email, usually within the hour.
