What do you like best about CustomerHero?

What do you dislike about CustomerHero?

I did not find disadvantages, except for one: in questions, I needed a window with a long description available after clicking and disappearing after clicking, which option does not exist. Startquestion Webankieta is useful for my research in my Ph.D. thesis in multinational companies with many people at different levels of hierarchy. By using Startquestion Webankieta, I save time, and on the other hand, this tool is very professional and adds a good impression of the professionalism of my research.
