Sending events and user attributes through their API was simple, and our developers had it running quickly without a lot of custom work. Once the data was flowing, we could trigger messages from real user actions right away. Building email templates is also really easy. We can create and edit templates ourselves and reuse them across campaigns without going back to a developer every time, which saves our team a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn’t much I dislike, but there’s a learning curve with some of the more advanced features. Setting up complex workflows and segments took some trial and error at first, and the documentation could include more examples for those cases. The reporting could also go deeper, since we sometimes export data to analyze campaign performance elsewhere. Pricing can add up as your contact list grows, so it’s worth planning for that.
