What do you like best about Customer.io?

I really like how easy it is to set up and manage email campaigns in Customer.io. The automation capabilities are especially useful, and the AI features make it easier to get things set up and work through different messaging workflows. I’ve been able to use it for our product emails without having to build everything from scratch, which has saved us a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Customer.io?

I haven’t come across any major issues so far. Everything I’ve needed has worked well for my use case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

For FlowlyHQ, Customer.io helps me handle user communication without having to build an entire email automation system myself. I can set up onboarding emails, product updates, reminders, and other automated messages based on what users do. As a solo founder, this saves me a lot of development time and lets me focus more on building FlowlyHQ instead of maintaining email infrastructure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
