"Customer.io’s Flexible Campaigns and AI Features Shine"

What do you like best about Customer.io?

Customer.io is very flexible in the campaigns that we're able to create and I enjoy using the ai features as well. The team has provided excellent onboarding to help optimize our usage. We've also integrated with several other pieces of software that have made Customer.io even better to use. The platform has never failed us even we're doing extremely high volume campaigns. What do you dislike about Customer.io?

Sometimes the pricing seems expensive for how we use it. The AI features were also initially unclear for how to get the most value out of it. There are also plenty of features that we don't use (SMS was especially difficult to setup). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

The platform allows us to reach our users where they are, when they want to hear from us, and the mode that they will engage with. Without Customer.io we would have to rely on non owned channels (like social media) to reach customers and there you can't ensure you're reaching everyone that wants to hear from you.
