What do you like best about Customer.io?

Very easy and intuitive ui. Everything easy to do also if i cant find it, using the ai agent (that is really, really THE GAMECHANGER of the whole tool). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Customer.io?

The ai agent sometimes does not the best work, it still shows lots of errors or just says wrong recommendations or even about tool functions. That really needs to be improved. also not remembering infos about my company (i think it needs to be improved in the learning skill?) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

ai agent is doing operational work and the onboarding with the agent went very fast. Solving the big issue of having a very complex marketing automation tool for lead conversion before. Now i am with cio having a very easy and fast to work with tool.
