What do you like best about Customer Compass?

I like the Visualization of customer information on a map. Customer Compass can show customers or prospects information on the map. It is useful for the sales to visit customer's or prospect's offices efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Customer Compass?

I do not dislike Customer Compass. There is not so many use case for the services and the company is small. Therefore, I worry about a little bit of Operation and maintenance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Customer Compass solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before customer compass, Sales consume the time to visit the existing customers without efficiency. After we started to use Customer Compass, Sales can visit the existing customers with efficiency because the root for visit can be shown on the map. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
