What do you like best about Cust?
you can personalize your process depending on the project, you also save because your process is outlined as it should treating every project/client as they should. the most important point is that you get to know your client on a deeper level leading me to interact with them in a more personal way since I know what Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Cust?
there is a learning curve to learn how to automize things but nothing too hard. and also the pricing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
