"A True All-in-One Dental Practice Time-Saver That Changes the Game"

What do you like best about Curve Dental?

Curve is constantly innovating! Since switching to Curve Dental, they’ve added more useful products and refreshed existing modules so it stays not only the most modern software, but also one of the most all-in-one options in the dental field. In a busy practice like ours, it really helps not having to keep so many windows open just to track patient messaging, metrics, and insurance claims, because it’s all within one program. And when you do need an outside program, like a phone system, using the recommended one makes a big difference—the automated notes added from phone calls are a huge time-saver and a real game changer. The newer AI programs also cut down the time we spend on notes, so we can devote more attention to our patients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Curve Dental?

Curve is a little on the pricey side, but it’s easy to get past that when you consider what you save on the hidden costs—especially the time spent on mundane tasks. The schedule is nice and easy to manipulate, but it could use some updates and a few additional properties like older dental PMSs have. What problems is Curve Dental solving and how is that benefiting you?

Curve cuts down the number of practice-related products you need to have open at once thanks to its all-in-one design, which is constantly being expanded. Since everything runs in your web browser, even older computers can handle its features pretty easily. And if you ever run into issues you can’t solve—whether through old-fashioned troubleshooting, Curve’s built-in AI for answering questions, or their extensive knowledge repository—you can submit a ticket to customer service right within the program, and you’ll typically get a response the same day or the next day.
